Open to new ideas. Learn about the Chinese culture.
Cons
Butt in chair mentality. No care for training to be better and more successful as an employee. Many false promises and no accountability taken. Love to point fingers and play the blame game. A Misogynistic company-- men dominate this company. Big on hierarchy and if you're not high up in the ranks, often times you're not respected. Many illegal things go on but there are no consequences to actions. Also a major language barrier between most employees which lead to screaming and yelling from frustration.
