Pros

Decent health care benefits. Nothing else comes to mind

Cons

Worse management. Over worked and underpaid. You are expected to work literally 24*7 all weekends and workdays, holidays . Abysmal training if you get any. Otherwise don’t expect any training at all. If you don’t speak Chinese, you’ll automatically be an outcast. Everyone is focused on blaming issues on one another. Expect to be belittled or get yelled at in large group meetings. That’s just how they are

Pros

Co-workers are great. Benefits are pretty decent except there's no 401K matching. Hasn't been a cap on OT for a while so the extra hours are there if you want them.

Cons

Disorganized, no communication. Doesn't really care about their employees, plays the blame game a lot. Everything is very outdated, from the specs to the tools themselves.
