      Pros

      It beats being unemployed. A good boss will give a fair bit of free reign in the engineering departments.

      Cons

      High stress environment. Everyone from techs to engineers to the (contract) janitorial staff seems overworked and under supported. No 401k match. Vacation and salaries start at the bottom rung for engineers and increase at a level below that of other companies.
