      Pros

      Spent 2 years at AOS and your experience completely depends on which team you are a part of. The work culture is mostly positive and certain technical teams are great. Offers good insight into product development, Your mileage may vary, depending on which team and which factors matter to you.

      Cons

      pay is not Bay Area competitive, but comes with being a mid-size company. Lack of structure and efficienct processes

      Decent health care benefits. Nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      Worse management. Over worked and underpaid. You are expected to work literally 24*7 all weekends and workdays, holidays . Abysmal training if you get any. Otherwise don’t expect any training at all. If you don’t speak Chinese, you’ll automatically be an outcast. Everyone is focused on blaming issues on one another. Expect to be belittled or get yelled at in large group meetings. That’s just how they are
