Pros

Spent 2 years at AOS and your experience completely depends on which team you are a part of. The work culture is mostly positive and certain technical teams are great. Offers good insight into product development, Your mileage may vary, depending on which team and which factors matter to you.

Cons

pay is not Bay Area competitive, but comes with being a mid-size company. Lack of structure and efficienct processes

They have a nice building and there is a big entertainment room for employees to exercise during lunch time or after work.

Cons

It would be beneficial if you can speak Chinese in this company. There are So many Chinese speaking employees and they do speak Chinese at work.
