One of the most frustrating companies I have ever worked at

Pros

- If you're looking for a student job or side-gig, it's only four hours a day and the hourly compensation is good at my location - I enjoy my coworkers and working with children

Cons

- Management doesn't truly value children or education, they value profit and advertising - They prioritize overworking these children with 2 lessons per day rather than letting them have unstructured time/play - Teachers/group leaders have very little autonomy when it comes to lessons, discipline, or really anything - Company will make up random policy to get out of paying you for holiday - If you genuinely care about education, don't work here

You get to learn how to handle kids, you become someone i child looks up to.

Cons

Pay is awful, kids could be different to discipline, not enough help, need more employees, not a career spot.
