Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m happy the students are a high point for you at work. However, I am sorry to hear that you feel like promotions are not based on performance or qualifications. In line with many of the Fortune 500 organizations, AlphaBEST is moving to a new model of frequent, informal check-ins, which allow for more meaningful discussions, deeper insights, and greater employee satisfaction.
