Pros

Good job while in school, laid back, can be fun working with kids.

Cons

Upper management has their favorites. The company is very greedy and will work you to the ground and cut your hours to keep money in their pockets. The whole corporate office in Woodbridge is a joke, if you have real concerns prepare to have them swept under the rug until you get fed up and quit. High employee turn over. Lie and say they promote from within but hire outsiders without giving current employees opportunity to even apply or interview

Pros

Split shift is convenient if you go to school or errands/appointments. Dont have to be with children all day. Families are pretty awesome.

Cons

Not fully trained on alphabest ways, even if you come with experience with other companies. Then get in trouble for not doing what they didn't train you on. Not guaranteed the hours they promised to ensure you can pay bills. The other reviews from other sites are right, some staff are favored than others.

Pros

AlphaBest is a great comapny to work for. There are plenty of training opportunities. The students and families are wonderful! Curriculum is great and the kids love it! Great support from area manager and regional director (my areamanager is the best)! Lots of suporr from other site directors I’ve made amazing friends who have become family Highlight of my day is a child crying that they do not want to leave but stay at AlphaBest :)

Cons

Mostly part time hours but that is the nature of the job
