Corporate believes employees are stupid (literally said “they are too stupid to understand”) Racist bias (not all just the ones that hold the power) Bullies Favoritism (during Covid, if you didn’t know before then you definitely did during that time.) Area Managers and below will fail you and your children. Drugs, failure to report, misconduct of all kinds etc. if you are liked they will cover it up until you betray your manager/supervisor. Im patiently waiting for the day the lawsuits come by employees and parents
