The Area Managers, teachers, and Education Specialists are awesome! The company as a whole is a great concept.

Cons

Employees are overworked and underappreciated and that takes a toll on everyone. The office is always tense and management doesn't seem to care about employee needs.

AlphaBEST believes in promoting from within as the company continues to expand into new areas. They encourage professional and personal growth from their employees while providing new and engaging activities for the children they provide care for.

Cons

Considerable growth often brings growing pains that have to be addressed quickly in order to continue moving forward. For staff that enjoys the challenge of finding quick solutions, this can be a Pro!

Kids are fantastic always warm your heart when walk through the door, you really learn patience with children and influence them on how they grow. Six hour break in between split shift

Cons

Management unorganized, found out about meetings or training very last minute, favoritism at different schools were not hid in anyway. Were lied to about raises and bonuses.
