Pros

You get to work with some of the best kids you'll ever meet! It's a job that lets you be creative and enjoy teaching. Theres a split shift of 7-9 AM and 3-6, so you have time to do whatever you need to do in between.

Cons

They make it very clear that this is a part time job, NOT a career. Recent changes in the company have the higher up take away full time status and full time benefits. You only get to keep those if you are a site manager. Even if you've been working for years with them, you can only work the bare minimum.
