If you are going to school, and need a job AlphaBEST is a wonderful employer for college students. With weekends off, and your mornings free you have enough time to take classes and to do homework. AlphaBEST is a LGBTQ+ friendly company, who sees the human in all of us. The pay is great, especially for part time working with kids. I have been with the company since 2014, and have enjoyed every second of my time here.

Cons

It is hard to move up, and full time positions are rarely available.
