      Working for AlphaBEST, even in an administrative capacity, provides a greater purpose knowing the organization has a direct effect on each child that attends our program. AlphaBEST encourages personal and professional growth.

      It can be overwhelming for new employees to learn all the requirements of a site or manager position in a short time.

      I absolutely love what I do every day! I am honored at having the chance to get to shape the young minds of tomorrow! I am excited to come to work with like minded individuals who feel just as passionate about what we do. The pay is great, hours and work schedule are very convenient for college students, there are several professional development opportunities, you will get exposure to educational professionals, as well as have numerous networking opportunities.

      Full-time positions don’t come open as often because people love the company so much they stay.

      Pros

      AlphaBEST provides many opportunities to learn and grow. I have been with them for 11 years and have worked in many different capacities. I love that the management is always looking for ways to improve. They truly want to inspire and engage the children we serve and give parents and school administrators peace of mind that their children/students are cared for, while learning and having fun. Having a job with a built in purpose of helping kids learn to navigate the world is the biggest pro!

      Cons

      There are certain times of the year when the hours can be long. Those times are when having a job with purpose makes all the difference.
