You mentioned, though, that you didn’t get enough hours and felt like there wasn’t a growth path for you at our company. I’m so sorry that was the case for you, but wanted to share that we’ve made significant changes in the years since you left our company to help address feedback like this. For example, we have introduced a coaching model to replace the outdated annual review, allowing team members to build closer relationships and allowing our staff to work closely and consistently with their supervisors to develop growth plans.
