Pros

Great people to work with and allow flexible hours. The activities are fun and engaging for all the kids and I can tell they're truly learning. The lessons are planned out accordingly and are very creative - (just a couple) LEGO robotics, learning sign language, and cartooning! Wish I had this when I was in grade school! So happy I joined the AlphaBEST team.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of a single con to put on here. I've enjoyed every minute being employed at AlphaBEST and wouldn't choose any other place to work.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback about your time with AlphaBEST. I’m so glad you enjoyed building relationships with our families, and that you found the curriculum valuable. Regarding your comments about a need for training and more supplies, I wanted to share that we’ve improved our kitting process to make it easy for sites to receive all the materials they need in a seamless way. We’ve also added to our Professional Development team, allowing us to increase and improve the training opportunities we offer our staff. We’ve also introduced a new way for our management team to give feedback to their staff through an ongoing coaching model, rather than a once-a-year review. This, we hope, will open the lines of communication between team members and let our staff develop growth plans that their managers can build and support with them. Thank you again for your input! Pros

The Area Managers, teachers, and Education Specialists are awesome! The company as a whole is a great concept.

Cons

Employees are overworked and underappreciated and that takes a toll on everyone. The office is always tense and management doesn't seem to care about employee needs.
