Pros

Great program and planned curriculum for the kiddos. The pay is also very good. Flexible schedules. Friendly upper management.

Cons

Corporate heads often make things more challenging than they need to be. Regional managers are spread thin so you are on your own at the site level.

It is rewarding to work with the kids and is a great after school job.

Cons

The curriculum isn't great, it's hard to apply to different age groups and the kids generally hate it. Alphabest can be a bit unorganized, but not in any way that makes it unbearable to work for.
