Pros

AlphaBEST provides many opportunities to learn and grow. I have been with them for 11 years and have worked in many different capacities. I love that the management is always looking for ways to improve. They truly want to inspire and engage the children we serve and give parents and school administrators peace of mind that their children/students are cared for, while learning and having fun. Having a job with a built in purpose of helping kids learn to navigate the world is the biggest pro!

Cons

There are certain times of the year when the hours can be long. Those times are when having a job with purpose makes all the difference.

- I started out with the company a few years ago on a very part-time basis. I have had the opportunity to show my skills, learn new ones and grow into a permanent part-time position, which is what I was looking for. - Leadership has been willing to listen, mentor and support my goals. - The company is constantly looking for ways to enhance and support employees with training opportunities, benefits - like insurance for part-time employees, paid time off, and promotion opportunities, and encourage an atmosphere of teamwork and support.

Cons

Communication is not always perfect however the company spans several states with many different areas so it can be difficult to ensure that everyone is getting the same message at the same time.
