      Money is great and the communications between clients and consultants is awesome.

      Cons

      Not enough phone calls, more communication with a probable look head would be better.

      -Great people, young culture, work hard play hard, & great fun perks -Project management responsibilities early on in your career

      -At the will of clients, which is expected of a service job -Demanding monthly quota, though most Associates hit the minimum in every month

      Pros

      Great work environment - colleagues are young and smart, most fresh out of college. There's beer on tap in the office so everyone hangs out together. You also get exposure to clients fairly quickly and have the opportunity to meet some incredibly interesting people.

      Cons

      The hours can be really long and managers expect you to be "on call" 24/7. The growth has been great but this is mainly because the team is overworked and stretched, not sure how sustainable it is. The work can also be repetitive and easy to lose interest if not promoted.
