Good team budget, I am lucky to be assigned on a good team

Cons

Weird company culture, bad benefit but HR claimed to be great, low value work, in general not too friendly work environment for non-Chinese residents

If you have a good team and are good at the job, you can have a great time, learn really great skills, and earn decent money.

Cons

If you are on a bad team, you can be micromanaged and pushed out after a few months. You work 10 hour days and the money can sometimes feel not worth it.
