Pros

Carlsbad is a nice area. Non management employees are easy to work with.

Cons

High turnover rate. Culture = work long hours with little to no reward. No true direction for the company. Upper Management is out of touch with employees. Management is allowed to terminate employees with little to no justification.

Pros

Location is good, weather is nice, and the new buildings are close to each other. Some of the employees know what their doing.

Cons

Director of AMG is way over his head. VP of R & D has no work/life balance. Compensation from the top down is appalling, with the executives getting everything from car to housing allowances while denying hourly employees raises and bonuses.

Good colleagues, interesting projects, good place to learn, decent salary

Cons

No advancement, unrealistic time lines, horrible upper management, lack of resources to complete assignments, berating upper management, unrealistic employee reviews. Don't expect to have less than ten hour days minimum of you want a 3% or more increase regardless of any other responsibilities.
