Potential employee, nice weather, good product.

Cons

High employee turnover causing missing tribal knowledge. Lack of understanding of what is the real problem. Unfair treatment to the employee leave the company. Employee do the job based on afraid being fired not because of they like the job.

Southern California living is definitely a pro.

Cons

Middle management has little control in making decisions. Upper management can berate others not even under that particular manager. Unrealistic timelines for releasing products. No consultation with teams to determine realistic timelines.
