Pros

Probably only the following two: Interesting field of research/work Some nice individuals working and contributing in the company

Cons

Oppressive/poor management style leading to an overall toxic environment for most employees Inadequate salary, no raises/bonuses without any recognition No work-life balance Expect to be thrown under the bus at any point

Pros

Potential employee, nice weather, good product.

Cons

High employee turnover causing missing tribal knowledge. Lack of understanding of what is the real problem. Unfair treatment to the employee leave the company. Employee do the job based on afraid being fired not because of they like the job.

Poor upper management, lots of wasted money, cryonisim, very poor communication
