      Pros

      Progressive company. Power, utilities, oil and gas. Good benefits

      Cons

      Run by operations, preferred to hire inexperienced engineers and train. Then once the had some experience they would leave for a better job. So the lack of experience made the job challenging do to some poor decision making.

      Poor management lack of guidance and training? Supervisor don't care. Lack of safety concerns. No moral or ethical standards. No knowledge or guidance from species and management

      Better in the past than today. Work to be done for the future - significant leadership culture issues. IT a challenge.

      seems financially stable. acquisition (if it goes through) shows interest in growth.

      Cons

      - highly nepotistic and extreme micro-management leadership styles. - leaders seem generally disempowered and confused about their role: all decisions seem to be made at the top. - new IT leadership team in place from about last summer - time will tell.
