      Pros

      Senior management has conservative business approach regarding capital decisions, but has a forward looking decision making style (investing in renewable energy projects). This combination has provided for a healthy cash flow statement, while establishing a base for the future.

      Cons

      A corporate culture of no lay offs means all areas are a little (and during good times a lot) understaffed. Absorbing new acquisitions has made it difficult for some staff to maintain a work life balance.
