      Entry salary for new hires is $18.00 -19.00 which is a good start Good place to get your foot in the door into the field and gain experience as a young professional Great company benefits, wellness program, discounts

      Cons

      New employees who want to make a change may be stopped by the red-tape and bureaucracy of the grant programs. Initiative taken by the management may not always be consistent and positive for the employees. Long time employees may have to adapt in a sink or swim environment to survive, while those with drive to change the status quo may feel sniffled.
