      * Work life balance - paid holidays

      Cons

      * Management does not know how to manage staff, patients treat staff horribly and there are zero consequences to how patients treat staff. * Management does know what they are doing, their response is always "it's a case by case situation, let me get back to you once I reach out to the higher ups," and they STILL don't know what they are doing. * ZERO room for growth, there is a lot of favoritism

      They have an employee gym that can used.

      Cons

      They have an employee gym that can used. Worked for the supply chain/ purchasing department. Team is very boring and expect you to open up about your personal life in order to have a great relationship. Work enviornment is very old cool, have to take notes on a notebook. Director does not speak to you at all. Not a good place for career advancement.
