Pros

The front line staff to middle management are very mission driven and passionate about serving under-served communities. Many opportunities to grow for early professionals since it's a growing and dynamic organization.

Cons

Senior Leaders do not have the culture of teamwork, business acumen or leadership skills to commit to goals, thoughtfully plan 1 to 3 year actions and execute the plan. The CEO continues to blatant practice nepotism and does not practice data driven decision-making. Many of them are protecting their legacies by trying to win awards like Baldridge and blindly copying more mature organizations like Kaiser vs. building up the foundation of talent and leaders. As a result the "us vs. corporate" silos have grown, trust no-one politicking continues and the good and kind leaders are marginalized and squeezed out. It's very sad to see.

Pros

Paid Holidays. Accumulative Paid Time Off. Rare bonus. Getting to interact with patients. Nothing else. Absolutely nothing else is a pro about this place.

Cons

Horrible pay. Favoritism. Politics. CNAs mishandle patients by making Alzheimer's patients more confused than they are, Mock the Asian patient, and center manager ignores it. Receptionist does nothing but be on personal cell and look at magazines all day.

Pros

great benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

great orientation presentation however training was awful, and there is very obvious favoritism among certain employees, scheduling is not that great either, every day you were told to work at another department or even midway through your shift.
