      Pros

      Moving to evidence based leadership tactics and away from a subjective based leadership. The forecast for the company in the future is looking good and can be a place to grow and thrive.

      Cons

      Because of rapid growth, there are still some old staff that have not adapted to the changes. Due loyalty and political reasons, a lot of these employees are being kept in their positions while newer employees are taking on additional responsibilities.
