      Everything Amazing including Hands-on C-Suite Team, Effective Studer process improvement methodology, AIDET Customer service delivered in clinics and in Contact Center, low employee turn over rate, high patient retention rate, medical service quality, promotion based on merit not politics, Marketing Team, Clinical Management Team, HR Team, and IT Management Team.

      Pros

      most sophisticated FQHC (nonprofit) in CA corporate office is nice have a lot of lee way to learn, take on new projects/responsibilities (not sure if this facilitates growth within the company but definitely pro to someone just starting in their career

      Cons

      supervisors may not be at appropriate level to generate respect from people they manage there is mismanagement or poor use of intellectual capacity (a lot of people are getting paid to do very minimal work or they aren't getting paid enough)

      Still have family members in the company Company is growing very fast, and they tend to hire a lot of executives and it becoming to beaurcractic. Lots Of working hours, expect to work from home
