Good benefits, good amount of time off.

Cons

The nepotism is out of the roof. Management is horrible and so is HR. A company that has an overall good mission, but I don’t know how true they are to it anymore.

Good coworkers, everybody tries and likes each other.

Cons

Bad culture, leadership is never there at the same time. Every supervisor does things their own way and don’t follow policy or procedures. Everyone is on edge because of micromanaging. You can’t even go to the bathroom without being called out. It’s embarrassing. People are leaving and they hire more people but the training program is really bad. It’s not a good place to work. I couldn’t do it anymore.
