      Worst place to work

      Pros

      Good benefits. Had nice conferences. Nice patients and nursing staff.

      Cons

      Worst management ever. When complained about management to higher ups, they penalized me for it and wrote me up. Boss would take away labs privledges, tell me how to manage patients in an unsafe way and do other really inappropriate things. Are not for patients or for staff. All about the dollar. Not enough admin time. Do not pay for all hours worked. Nepotism. All Hands Event was racist against white people.

      None. There are no benefits to this job.

      Cons

      This is the most racist, homophobic, misogynistic company I have ever worked for. The hiring process is a nightmare, everyone at the company has quit, they can't keep positions filled -- the turnover rate is insane. The workload is unmanageable. They will gaslight you at every chance they get. All upper management is unqualified and either related to the CEO or friends with the CEO. It's a breeding ground for lawsuits. Don't work here if you want to keep your health and sanity. Also, don't ignore the bad reviews. I made that mistake -- assuming the bad reviews were anomalies. They are not. Just look at the commonalities. They're not lies. This is a horrible place to work.

      Front line staff are great.

      Cons

      Below the line decision making by upper management. They do not care about the community at all. A family run FQHC which shouldn’t be a thing (unqualified family members of the CEO running large departments).
