The people are dedicated to their work, how else would they put up with the little pay and nepotism.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant, unless you are corporate youre not going to make a living wage, and even if you do go corporate it will be under market value.

I’m about to start on Monday with the company. My onboarding process took 3 weeks and it was super easy! Brenda Chairez made it easy and would continuously check up on me and would reply fast throughout the 3 weeks and I very much appreciate her very much!
