Loved coming to work, teamwork benefits were okay

Cons

Poor Management pay could’ve been better and the favoritism was unbelievable there. I wondered why the turn around rate was so high and it’s because it’s so toxic with how much favoritism they have as well as when nurses come to management about an issue they don’t do anything I wrote an email and was constantly left on read and they did nothing to resolve the issue
