At the corporate level, there is a visible commitment to fostering internal talent and promoting from within. CEO is clear about mission and growth strategy. The commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is sincere.

Cons

Even with WFH, there are many work commitments that required devoting additional hours to keep up. Still firmly tied to volume based care which sucks for patients especially if they have to wait a long time for care.
