Pros
Pay was decent, great benefits, good training, good management, teamwork.
Cons
Too much micromanagement, discrimination, bullying, belittling, lack of diversity. I was treated very poorly not by my manager but by my supervisors and every other staff that believed they had a supervisor title even though they did not. I faced heavy discrimination and always felt as I was walking on eggshells while working. I was always being called to the manager's office for unrealistic complaints, like maybe my hair color was a problem or I spoke something that was neither bad or offensive but was immediately taken out of context. It was always something or the other. I felt suffocated. Later on my own fellow co worker admitted that before getting the opportunity to know me, she was one of the people that made my life hard by spreading rumors and encouraging unnecessary complaints to frustrate me. The favoritism was appalling. I've never been more happier to get out of there. Promotion goes by favoritism. Good luck to people of color.
