This organization lacks direction, structure and organization. We have huge growth goals and trajectories but no solid infrastructure to support the growth. People are leaving because of the crushing workloads, unrealistic expectations, lack of morale and consistent leadership changes. Processes are not standardized, initiative rollouts are half-baked and employee feedback is requested, then ignored.

Not enough people to get the work done. Very top heavy org structure with too many leaders and not enough people actually doing the work Growth in volume of work combined with budget cuts and layoffs resulting in overworked and burned out employees. Decisions are made in silos by executive leadership without sufficient understanding of impact. Once the people who actually understand how things work are involved its too late. When projects miss deadlines or results fall short, individual people or teams are scapegoated to explain the failure instead of addressing the underlying problem with executive leadership. The pattern continues after several lay offs and resignations Employees and leaders outside of the C-suite are not properly empowered to make decisions which results in inefficient use of time and bottle necking of progress reliant on decisions. Leadership totes the goal of making Altais a place people want to work while simultaneously moving key business functions offshore and laying off long tenured employees. What a joke
