      Pros

      Flexible , easy going , team driven environment. My peers are smart, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a pleasure going to work. There is potential to grow within the company and teams. Plenty of learning opportunities. There is work life balance. Great benefits. Leadership is communicative and make themselves available for anything you may need.

      Pros

      My direct coworkers and boss were great. I learned a lot.

      Cons

      Overall, the company was going through a merger and there was a general feeling of unease at the direction the company would take. The two companies being merged were very different. I worked with a lot of people from the smaller start up, and I liked that culture a lot. The other company was more than twice as big and felt very corporate; it seemed like it was set to subsume culture of the smaller.
