      Pros

      It seems like the company is headed in the right direction after some growing pains following the 2013 merger. There is a clear commitment to R&D that will keep the company involved with the newest technologies. Great benefits and salaries.

      Cons

      There are still some folks with heartburn over the merger, and there has been more turnover than normal.

      Pros

      Interesting tech. Lots of projects going on and they invested in my R&D idea. New leadership with direction and a vision for the company. Cool contracts and customers. I had a chance to move across two different contracts and see new things.

      Cons

      Took a long time to fix things after the original merger in 2013, but things seem turned around or at least going the right way.

      Pros

      Everyone seems to care about their work and as a small business colleagues go out of their way to be helpful and you are able to gain exposure to many aspects of the company. Has been a great opportunity for me as a recent graduate.

      Government contracting requires award of contracts for some jobs
