      Pros

      Flexibility of a small business with the support and backing to make things happen in a larger scale! Family style co-workers that are engaged during and after work hours. Company-sponsored many charitable events and sporting activities! AMAZING BENEFITS!!!! Fully paid Health premiums by the company!

      Cons

      Lots of proposal activity, which is good, but can also be consuming. Luckily the whole team is in it together though. No one person does it all.

      Pros

      This company is molding into a top notch government contractor. Great leadership in place with high standards upholding to the company's set values. Quarterly town hall meetings with leadership front and center delivering the most current projects, news, and upcoming events. Leadership bringing in the much needed high class, high standard professionals to become part of this, now new, company and carry the new mission. Out with the old, in with the new has done this company some good! Benefits are outstanding compared to other employers in the metropolitan area.

      Cons

      No work place is absolutely perfect... but when you step into a company who has the best intentions to make that work place the best, it is one to stand-by!
