      Pros

      My manager cared about me to put in place a development plan and mentor me. I recently just moved into the job of my dream and know how what I'm doing in that role fits into the bigger strategic picture of the company.

      Cons

      The early days were tough but the last two years has been amazing.

      Pros

      Altamira is a great company with good benefits and smart peers/colleagues. Upper level management strives to create a flexible work environment with a good work-life balance for their employees and are as transparent as they can be with employees

      Cons

      They do tend to run their back office staff pretty lean and have been slow to backfill causing their strong employees to become overstressed and overwhelmed but because of the friendly staff, it is still an enjoyable work environment
