Flexible , easy going , team driven environment. My peers are smart, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a pleasure going to work. There is potential to grow within the company and teams. Plenty of learning opportunities. There is work life balance. Great benefits. Leadership is communicative and make themselves available for anything you may need.

Competitive pay and raises, four weeks PTO to start, fully paid premiums (medical, vision, dental), pays first half of deductible, 4% 401K match, various stipends, educational assistance, and other perks. Plus, employee gets generous monthly allocation if one opts out of coverage. Leadership has the best intentions. Company wins and keeps most of their contacts.

Cons

Small company means limited opportunities. Selective in bonuses.
