      Our company is deliberately trying to engage across multiple levels of leadership to hear and value inputs on culture, infrastructure issues, and other areas tha contribute to retention.

      Cons

      It's bigger than it used to be and hard to maintain the small company feel. Monthly employee focused activities are a great start to addressing this concern.
