      Pros

      Professional company. Excellent health benefits (fully paid by the company and the plan is great). Tech and health stipends are nice. New office space in HQ. Looks modern and hip. Upper management seems to be decent and caring. Some of the projects have had great tech leads that allowed me to get work done and be very productive. I felt they had my back and I could talk to the leads easily, they had helpful and caring attitudes, and were open-minded and flexible. I felt upper management cared about me, as they put me on several different projects. I was able to use a wide variety of programming languages, tools and frameworks. Wide variety of projects to work on, when it was available. Remote work when it was available.

      Cons

      Some projects were less fun than others. Opportunities, contracts and personnel are shrinking. Remote work has dried up.
