Altamira management cares. Yes, they are working hard to get business and grow, but isn't that what management is supposed to be doing? Yes, they push their employees hard, but isn't that what they are supposed to do? The benefits package is top notch for the industry.

Cons

When there is no work, you will be terminated. That's life. It's also why it's good to see management working so hard to get new work.
