      Declining culture.

      Pros

      Core teammates where easy to collaborate with. Project leads are very helpful and knowledgable. Lots of hands on experience with all areas of the tech stack.

      Cons

      Declining culture. Decreased Project funding. Very difficult for staff to find other projects for developers to move to. Top down communication from management was minimal.

      Pros

      The only real pro I can think of is the snacks in the lobby.

      Cons

      Management would not listen to approached that were suggested and when the issue came up later on the developer was blamed for it. The whole NASIC portfolio was horribly managed

      Pros

      There are lots of job openings in Dayton, OH, and Tampa, FL, and pay is good. The McLean, VA, office is pretty.

      Cons

      There are few job openings in VA, DC, and MD, and lots of co-pays and coverage gotchas in health care plans.
