Constant worthless meetings, Micro-management to the nth degree, leadership is inept, entire team has to walk in eggshells, if you speak out, you'll be on the chopping block, you spend more time writing down what you've done to justify your existence than actually working. I'm done giving my all to this company, as soon as I find a replacement job I'm out of here.

In the time that I worked for Altamira they lost two contracts and laid off/fired a ton of people. Upper and middle management is a boys club more concerned with having a good time with their buddies than actually producing useful products for the government customer. There was a complete lack of support and direction during onboarding and training. The few contracts that they did have were only renewed on a six-month basis so there was NO job stability.
