Pros

Absolutely the WORST place to work. The only pro was pay however, you literally sell your soul and work 50-80 hrs a week..on salary.

Cons

Literally everything. If you're a full time employee..expect to work on O.T/ "salary= 70-90 hrs a week".... ALL the time. Welcome to gaslighting 101. The initial "package" looks great! But..I URGE you to find any where else to work. Their pay may be high/high-er but you literally sell your soul. LITERALLY. They go by being a Christian company but their CEO... is the DEVIL. He is so mean, he has repeatedly left MANY staff members in tears...no matter their title. Absolutely unprofessional and absurd- Especially knowing 90% of retail staff is 16-20 years old and probably their first job. Aaron Walters needs a reality check.

Pros

The pay is great for retail and the benefits are as well. You can also have a really fun set of coworkers. The discount is good too.

Cons

Believe the reviews... this place made me feel like I sold my soul to the devil in exchange for high pay. They provide little to no training but will overpromise during the interview because they are trying to meet a hiring deadline. The district leaders only care about covering their own butts and how great your janitorial skills are. They will expect you to get complex visual tasks done within a timeframe nobody can realistically meet. More often than not people work off the clock to get their projects finished because they are scared of the consequences of going into overtime and also not meeting their deadlines. Store managers are working on their days off and have no work-life balance. They are terrified of their uppers and everyone fears being fired. I stayed in my position because I adored my coworkers and team, but as someone with experience in the industry, this place needs some serious rehabilitation in its internal culture. You will work your hardest and see your team push themselves and then be told by someone that gets to work from home that they aren't working hard enough for sales. They will use the word inspire to the point it feels like nails down a chalkboard. They will drain you of all your passion and deliver assessments that are a slap in the face. DO NOT WORK HERE and DO NOT DO VISUALS. They will set you up to fail and then blame their oversights on you. They also throw PIPs at anyone they deem as inconsistent by using some arbitrary form of measurement. Again, run for the hills unless you are trying to eventually be interviewed down the road for the next crazy documentary on Netflix.

Pros

Pay, discount was good but clothing is still pricey and giving back.

Cons

Where do i start? Friday company calls were an emotional roller coaster. Some days great and inspirational, something you expect going into the weekend. Other days was a one way yelling match. The things or results could have been private and shared with that store. Not really motivating. Another time the ceo shared that a store manager sent him a thank you email and he stated he choose not to reply because this manager didn’t believe in Gallup and had some other petty comments about said manager. Not real mature or motivating. Store managers are held to a higher standard than others in store and basically just told by their district manager to accept unacceptable behavior because that’s not surprising behavior by said associates. Even though this behavior easily could result in a lawsuit i guess that doesn’t matter. You are asked to take “anonymous” surveys……they are not anonymous so still mind your manners. There is a lot of manipulation and attempts to turn things around on you. Basically if you want to just be told what to do and not share your frustrations, this is for you. And if you want to be told to just ignore behaviors that could result in a lawsuit for the company, you know the rest. I have never felt more disrespected in a company. But here we are.
