employee discounts were good, management was good.

Cons

wouldn't give more than 25 hours a week because the title was only part time. no room for growth.

Thank you for your recent review and post. We appreciate you sharing your experience. To be considered a full time associate, you must work an average of greater than 30 hours per week. We encourage you to seek out full time roles with our Company as we continue to expand across the country. Best of luck in the new year and thank you again!

Pros

Amazing managers and coworkers. These girls are amazing. The store manager and ASMs are so great and understanding. They’re realistic, hard working, and get things done. My store manager is always in the store working hard!

Cons

Sabbaticals are only offered to “Store Managers, District Managers, Visual District Managers, and Home Office full-time associates will be eligible to take a sabbatical leave after working five consecutive years as a full-time associate.“ there’s too many loopholes in this! And only effective February 2017, does this mean the times starts then or what? And how do you expect people to stay five years when they get 0-4 hours a week. And this isn’t some people and others 30 a week. No every body. I’ve seen the store manager push to get a girl promoted and it takes forever. Student loan reimbursement is also full time only. And higher up positions. Get schedules way too last minute. Can’t schedule for second job because of it.

Thanks for your recent review and for your feedback. We appreciate your insight and concern over the number of hours that you are scheduled. As with all retailers, every store has a payroll budget based on projected sales and store performance. As stores meet or exceed these goals, the hours that they can offer associates may increase. We would encourage you to speak with your Store Manager or District Manager about your desire to work more hours in the store. Last year, the Company promoted 17 store managers from within and countless assistant managers, so please continue to provide exceptional service to our guests and opportunities for career growth will continue to present themselves. As an eight-year old company, we continue to grow and enhance our benefits programs. Over the past year the Company has increased Hourly pay, both part-time and full-time, to remain highly competitive and our associate discount continues to be one of the best in retail. Regarding the Company's newly launched Paid Sabbatical program and Student Debt Repayment programs, they are currently for full-time associates, however your feedback is great and we will continue to review benefits offerings for part-time associates each year to improve the associate experience. Thank you for your commitment to our guests and to standing out for good.
