This store is a beautiful store with great merchandise. I would recommend shopping here for their merchandise. This store has a fantastic location.

Cons

There are many... The management is horrible! They are disrespectful to the employees and give Altar'd state company a bad name, One of the managers sends crazy emails when your off work to log into recurring training unpaid at your home... Not just that she also sends an email yelling to log in now!! Very rude and disrespectful. Also management and leads sit in the office when the store is busy all day and night and don't help at all.. They need to learn how to treat people with respect.

My team was the best! Cute products. Great guests!!!

I loved my team and I was very sad to leave. But the Regional VP makes everyone's life miserable. If for whatever reason she doesn't like you, you are the worst creature on Earth. She tries to dig up "dirt" on you and your team which is the worst! Who does that?! My DM was great but over-worked and I don't think the RVP likes her so visits always felt like I was in high school. When your mgrs worked 50-80 hrs a week to get things done, that means you're not giving us enough payroll hours to run the business. And maybe offer a comp day every now and again as a thank you! There is no communication between upper management so most of the time, mgrs are caught in the middle and blamed for stupid stuff that could have been avoided. Again, I loved my team and what the company wanted to stand for. I hated to leave but couldn't stand to be talked down to and made to feel like an idiot.

Poor management Awful turnaround Poor training program The managment team seems to forget that the purpose of the company is to stand out for good and in the name of the Lord and berating the Brand Reps as well as their guest leads in the middle of the store on a busy day is not good leadership.
