Pros

Pay was fair. The work environment was mostly positive and uplifting, not super stressful. Work was mostly self-motivated

Cons

Customers could be pretty tough to deal with sometimes because of the target audience of the brand. Breaks weren't really enforced.

The company is young enough that you can contribute in meaningful ways that impact the way business is done. They foster huge give backs to the local community, to their workers, and to the world at large. I was paid throughout the entire COVID experience, including insurance. This company really cares about its people.

Cons

The company experiments with many modes of communication and education from a large variety of different apps, and it somewhat convolutes the clarity of communication and expectation.
